William (Will) Spencer

President

Will is an Enrolled Agent, having tested with the IRS and shown high competency in tax law and preparation.  He has been in the tax and accounting industry for over 25 years.  Will has helped thousands of clients with difficult tax situations navigate the tax code and comply with their tax filing obligations.  He has prepared financial reports and payroll for hundreds of different companies during that time and has the expertise to help you understand your business’s financial health, make sure your employees are paid on time, and see that your government obligations are met.

Will has a love of all things outdoors and enjoys gardening, hiking, camping, fishing, shooting sports, and spending time with his wife, dog and horses.  He also enjoys cooking, (and eating,) stamp collecting, canning, and riding motorcycles.
